在集约化养殖环境中,病理因素、不平衡的营养供给和管理不当常引发家禽氧化应激、肠道功能紊乱及亚健康,进而影响饲料效率和生产性能,造成经济损失。因此,提高肉鸡的抗氧化功能成为研究热点。槲皮万寿菊素(QG)已被证明能提高肉鸡表观消化率、改善小肠结构并增强免疫力。然而,关于QG对肉鸡肠道抗氧化功能及肠道菌群的影响尚缺乏系统研究。本研究旨在探讨QG对肉鸡生长性能、肠道抗氧化功能及肠道菌群多样性的调节作用,评估其在畜禽饲养中的应用潜力。
近期,河北工程大学生命科学与食品工程学院石玉祥团队完成的题为“The impact of dietary supplementation of Quercetagetin on growth, antioxidant capacity, and gut microbiota of diquat-challenged broilers”的研究论文在Frontiers in Microbiology(中科院2区,IF=4.0)上发表。
本研究探讨了QG对肉鸡氧化应激和肠道微生物群落的调节作用。不同剂量QG的添加显著改善了肉鸡的生长性能、增强了血清抗氧化能力,并减轻了肠道氧化应激损伤。QG的作用机制可能通过调节Nrf2/Keap1信号通路实现抗氧化效应。此外,QG优化了盲肠微生物群落的多样性和稳定性。研究结果为QG作为肉鸡日粮添加剂的应用提供了理论依据,旨在提升肉鸡的生长性能和肠道健康。
